Embodied Meditation

Maybe you’ve meditated before. This is different.

At The Body Temple, meditations focus on hearing, healing, and uplifting the body, not on trying to transcend it. Tune in, re-sensitize, and be fully present in the home you were gifted at birth.

Each guided meditation will allow you to focus your consciousness on one body part or function. You will sit with yourself, feel yourself, and send loving energy to whatever it is that you experience.

Practice regularly to release trauma, unwind tension, and increase your body’s natural intuition.
